Andy Gill (Crew)

Andy Gill (born 5 November 1956) is a second unit director, stunt coordinator and performer. A member of prestigious industry organisations—including the Directors Guild of America (DGA), Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), and Stunts Unlimited—Gill has contributed to more than 350 film and television projects, earning acclaim for his skill both behind and in front of the camera. Gill’s early career included stunt performances in high-profile films such as Cannonball Run II (1984), Independence Day (1996), Armageddon (1998), Pearl Harbor (2001), Minority Report (2002), The Day After Tomorrow (2004), and Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous (2005). Notably, he served as stunt double for Brent Spiner in Star Trek: First Contact (1996), performing a significant high-fall stunt.
