Thanasis Tsaltabasis (Acting)

Thanasis Tsaltabasis (Thessaloniki, December 15, 1981) is a Greek theater, television and film actor. He was born in Thessaloniki where he grew up, while he comes from Aidonohori Serres. From a young age he took part in theater groups in his neighborhood. In 1996, he played in "Melodia tis Eftychia" with Aliki Vougiouklakis in Thessaloniki. In 1999, he transferred to the University of Western Macedonia, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. There he played in various amateur performances as well as professionally with the Kozanis DI.PE.THE. At the same time, he did humorous shows on a local TV station, where he was in overall charge of the TV show (texts, presentation, direction, editing). In 2005 he came to Athens.
