Bill Jacobson grew up in the small Northwest city of Tacoma. He first started acting at the age of 10 doing school theater on a regular basis. His acting teachers always looked to Bill to help carry the performances and felt he had something special that could lead him to discover his talents even more. As he grew to a man he kept up with his acting but slowed down to pursue his interest in athletics. He played high school football where he developed into a promising player. Upon graduating high school he attended Washington State University, where he majored in Journalism and minored in Psychology. His parent didn't have a lot of money and so he was accepted on the work study program and between that and a lot of loans managed to get through almost five years of school.
