Juliana Bergstrom (Acting)

Juliana Bergstrom is an award-winning filmmaker and performer. She grew up in the dance studio and enjoyed a professional dance career with Norwegian Cruise Lines, Disney, and the CFL before shifting her focus to acting, producing, and screenwriting. Bergstrom turned her first-ever screenplay into a short film called "Harbour," which she stars in and executive produced. It has won more than a dozen awards on the international film festival circuit and was licensed by CBC's Canadian Reflections to stream on CBC Gem from 2025 to 2028. Other producing film credits include: The Stepmom, a short drama based on Keara Barnes' one-woman play, and Brenda Whitehall's feature-length documentary Beyond The Podium: Celebrating Canadian Women Champions that highlights the accomplishments of 15 Canadian women winter Olympians and Paralympians as told by a women-identifying and non-binary filmmaking team.
