Stephen F. Windon (born 28 January 1959) is a third-generation Australian cinematographer with a lifetime of working behind the movie camera and a career highlighted by numerous international accolades and awards. The Australian native’s career began in television for the prestigious network Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), originating as a news and documentary cameraman. His aspirations then led him to Hollywood, where his international career began. Since this time he has collaborated with many directors and producers, including F. Gary Grey, Justin Lin, Neal Moritz, Jon M. Chu, Kevin Costner, Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Tony To, J.J. Abrams, Joel Silver, Robert Zemeckis, Renny Harlin, Kevin Reynolds, Dwight Little, Timothy Van Patten, Graham Yost, David Nutter, Jaume Collet-Serra, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, James Wan, and Stephan Elliott, to name a few.
