In 2008, Remo found himself in negotiations for the role of the Camerlengo in Ron Howards movie, Angels & Demons, showcasing his growing reputation in the industry. The following year, legendary actor and director filmmaker Clint Eastwood expressed interest in Remo Vinzens playing the role of François Pienaar in a Nelson Mandela movie, Invictus. However, ultimately the part went to Matt Damon. In 2012, Remo and his talent management joined forces to establish the "Swiss Acting Institute". An acting studio for international working actors and independent theatre productions, staged internationally. He opened the acting studio with "Long Days Journey Into Night", followed by "Shakespeare's Best" in 2013 and Chekhov's "Ivanov" in 2014.
