Daniel D. Lopez is an American indie film director, writer, and actor, best known for his work on "Max Payne: Perdition," the most awarded Max Payne fan film ever made. A native New Yorker, he was raised in a close knit, Catholic, all-American household, an upbringing he greatly cherishes. As a child, he was described as being intensely inquisitive, polite, and highly communicative, reading and writing at a much higher level than others his age. His passion for knowledge was coupled with a talent for storytelling and mimicry: he was able to quickly learn accents and behaviors and did so mainly to entertain his family. "Max Payne: Perdition" is his first feature film, where he served as writer, director, lead actor, editor, and so on.
