Gilles Diniz (Directing)

Gilles Diniz is a journalist at the Federal University of Cariri (UFCA). He is the author of the book Nas Águas do Tempo (2021) and the illustrated books Nia in the Killer Fleas (2021), The Little Caterpillar (2021) and Nia's Little Book of the Dead (2021). He composed the soundtracks for the films As pedras que falam (2022), Do Outro Lado da Linha (2023), Tudo Tem Seu Tempo (2023) and the podcast Kisses for Johnathann (2023). Since 2021, he has collaborated with Intermitências – Brazilian journal of Proustian studies, in which he publishes illustrations and the translation of an essay by Marcel Proust unpublished in Brazil.
