Mark Southworth (born October 1961 in Sidcup, Kent, England) is a British stunt performer and coordinator. His full name is Mark Alexander John Southworth. Initially building his reputation as a stunt performer in high-profile films such as Braveheart (1995), The Mummy (1999), Troy (2004), Batman Begins, Snatch (2000) doubling Brad Pitt, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005), and The Dark Knight Rises (2012), he later transitioned into stunt coordination and action choreography. Southworth took on key roles as stunt coordinator or assistant coordinator on a slew of major productions. Notable films where he led stunt work include Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle (2018), The Death of Stalin (2017), King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017), and The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008). Additionally, his assistant coordination credits include major studio films like Mary Poppins Returns and Maleficent, as well as television projects such as Curfew (2019).
