Siwakorn Bunsrang (B.2000, Phuket, Thailand) is a filmmaker graduated from the Faculty of Digital Media and Film Arts at Bangkok University. He is interested in psychoanalytic theories related to human nature and mental health issues in children and the elderly, as well as the history of Thai people of Chinese descent connected to the memories of his hometown. He expresses these themes through filmmaking, which he views as a tool to record memories and as an art form for therapeutic healing. He began making films in high school and has received numerous awards. During university, his short film "The Angel from Below (2021)" received funding from the CCCL Film Grants 2021 and was selected to screen alongside the documentary "When the Wind Blows (2022)" at the Wildtype Film Festival 2022.
