Patricio Escartín (Directing)

Patricio Escartín Murillo is a film student at the National School of Film Arts (ENAC) at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). In 2019, he directed his first short film titled "The Bastard Son" (2019), which was selected in two online festivals. During that period, he was recognized for his cinematographic research work, winning the First Place in the Youth Research Program organized by the National Preparatory School of UNAM. He studied at the College of Dramatic Literature and Theater of UNAM while working as a production assistant at audiovisual production companies such as Guayabo Films and Landia, producing various music videos. During the pandemic, he continued his training online by taking various film courses until he entered ENAC in 2021.
