Cecile van Welie (Acting)

Cecile Marianne van Welie Saint-Amand, known as Cecile van Welie, is a Dominican actress. She was born in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, and graduated from the Comunidad Educativa Conexus. With Dominican parents of Dutch and Arab descent, Cecile has a rich cultural background that enhances her work. She began acting at the age of 8, starring in a school play, and discovered her passion for performance. That same year, her parents enrolled her in the Amaury Sanchez Artistic Training Academy, where she remained until she was 12, performing in various theater productions.
