A Virginia native, Clinton Roane is a writer, actor and vocalist based in L.A. After receiving a B.F.A. from Howard University, Clinton made his Broadway debut in "The Scottsboro Boys" -- Kander and Ebb's final musical collaboration together -- directed by Susan Stroman. He later starred in the U.K. premiere as Roy Wright at London's prestigious Young Vic Theatre. Clinton has worked with names such as Cynthia Erivo, Jessica Chastain, Colman Domingo, Ariana Grande, Josh Gad and Adam Lambert just to name a few. He's also been seen on the country's premier regional theater stages including Ahmanson Theatre, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, American Conservatory Theatre, Arena Stage, Berkeley Rep, Cleveland Playhouse, Goodspeed, La Jolla Playhouse, Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre, North Shore Music Theatre, Old Globe Theatre, the Philadelphia Theatre Company (where he received a Barrymore nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical) and the world famous Radio City Music...
