Alisa Lova, born Alisa Ibragimova, came to the United States with her family from Russia when she was six years old. Her mother was a concert pianist and cellist back in Russia. Alisa moved to New York with her family, where she grew up and still resides. She started acting when she was 14 years old. Her first showcase was on stage at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she took her first acting classes. Alisa worked on her craft all through college. She studied Meisner and Stanislavski at Brooklyn College, where she double majored in Theatre and Psychology and got her Bachelors Degree. Her first film was "Lost In The Woods" (2011 short), where she played the lead character Erika.
