From an early age, Morganna discovered two things: her artistic vocation and her gender identity. When she was only four years old, she started singing and was a soloist in the school's nuns' choir. According to her own words, one day she woke up and felt her feminine identity living inside her body. She began to put on makeup and emulate female TV stars. This of course, caused a shock in her family and she faced rejection. She first defined herself as a gay boy, despite knowing that deep down she was a woman. She began her musical training at the School of Music of the University of Guanajuato.
