Wayne Allen is an American actor known for his menacing look and disturbing demeanor in the short film "Meth Monster" (2014) and his intimidating role as Skin Head Duke in the true story Monkey (2012). Wayne Allen was born in Amarillo, Texas on November 15, 1977 and raised in Modesto CA. He is the youngest of six children with two older brothers and three older sisters. His father Danny Allen, a butcher, and his mother Cathy Allen, a Migrant Ed teacher, relocated to Modesto CA early into his childhood.
