Logan Nelson scores compositions that blur the line between live instrumentalists and electronic atmospheres, evoking thrilling textures unique to each project. He was recently named the Best Young International Composer at the World Soundtrack Awards in Ghent, Belgium. Logan attended the festival with Oscar-winning director Barry Jenkins who later named him a “must watch composer.” Logan has worked closely with Emmy-winning composer, Kris Bowers. With Kris, Logan wrote additional music on Netflix’s critically acclaimed Dear White People and ABC’s For the People. Following these projects, they worked on the Golden Globe-winning film, Green Book, compiling both the original score as well as many of the source tracks. Logan also worked on Monsters and Men which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and was a credited composer on Unstoppable, which premiered at Tribeca.
