Matsutake Tokuyuki (松竹徳幸) is an animator, animation director and character designer. Tokuyuki started his animation career as an in-betweener for Studio Deen on Oishinbo in 1988, and in the following year, he started his apprenticeship under Atsuko Nakajima on Ranma 1/2.
