Chris Smallfield (Visual Effects)

Chris Smallfield is a visual effects supervisor at TRIXTER. He initially studied for a BFA in Computer Art at Savannah College of Art and Design, motivated from a young age by the visual wonder of early computer-animated films and inspired by a creative upbringing. Smallfield began his professional journey with roughly 6 years of experience in Los Angeles film and television production. After that, he relocated to Berlin, Germany, where he embraced his role as a multitalented 3D generalist and eventually transitioned into VFX supervision at the German studio TRIXTER. Over time, he has earned a reputation among colleagues as an "amiable creative powerhouse," affectionately nicknamed "Spaceman." Throughout his career, Smallfield has contributed to a broad array of high-profile films and television series across genres.
