Yutaka Yamada (Sound)

Yutaka Yamada is a Los Angeles-based music composer known for his work on the anime series "Tokyo Ghoul", Amazon Prime's "VINLAND SAGA", Netflix’s “Great Pretender” and major Netflix series "Alice in Borderland". His masterpiece soundtracks for "Tokyo Ghoul" have gained worldwide popularity with related videos totaling over 130 million views on Youtube. ​In 2018, Yamada composed for "Cry Me a Sad River", a Chinese film which had succeeded with USD $51Mil. In the same year, Eminem sampled Yamada's masterpiece "Glassy Sky (from "Tokyo Ghoul")" on his song "Good Guy" in his "Kamikaze" album. In 2019, he worked alongside Sony Pictures for their mega-hit live-action film "KINGDOM" in which he received the 43rd Japan Academy Film Prize for Outstanding Music Score.
