Anthony Roux (Writing)

Born March 9, 1977 in Montreuil, France and known under the pseudonym Tot, he is a French screenwriter, director, producer, and game designer, best known as co-founder and art director of Ankama, an entertainment company which produces various content set in the fictional world of Dofus (2004) and Wakfu (2012). He studied at the Fine-Arts Academy of Tournai in Belgium. He went on to work at an online agency in Roubaix, where he met Camille Chafer and Emmanuel Darras. In 2001 the three co-founded Ankama and in 2004 their first game, a MMORPG Dofus (2004), debuted. This turned-based online game gained considerable popularity, especially in France, and Roux and his friends decided to expand the world created for the game.
