Raphael Bottino has worked in the Brazilian film industry since 2004. In 2008 he joined Sala12 Filmes as a producer of music videos, branded content, corporate films, and acting as executive producer of theatrical docs such as Grey City (2013) and Yoani’s Trip (2015). He also served as executive producer of the Chile-Brazil co-production Dios Me Libre (2011). Later, he worked at Damasco Filmes and Barry Company as an executive manager, working on projects in development, post-production and theatrical release. As a freelance executive and line producer, Raphael has overseen projects in Brazil and internationally (USA, Canada, Cuba, Netherlands, India, Vietnam, China, Mongolia, South Korea, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Nigeria, Ethiopia). His credits include branded content for Nissan, Toyota, Google, Amazon, Unimed, and Nestlé; documentaries for National Geographic, Discovery, and Globo; and acclaimed series such as Breaking the Taboo (2019) and Burnout Society (2021).
