Roger Barnes is a Canadian retired professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, "Rugged" Ronnie Garvin. He is best known for his appearances with NWA Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling and The World Wrestling Federation in the late-1980s and early-1990s.
