Phil Griffin graduated from Ballet Rambert in London as a dancer and choreographer. Quickly establishing himself as a commercially artistic creative director. In his tenure as stage director for BBC Phil; worked for artists as diverse as Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Dolly Parton, Cher & Nysnc.   As head of creative for the marketing department of MCA in London Phil commissioned videos & photo shoots & Tv performances for both UK & International artists such as C&C Music Factory, Ocean Colour Scene, Black Grape, Mariah Carey, Destinys Child & Bobby Brown.
