Dave’s acting credits include a wide variety of feature film and TV productions, most notably his portrayal of General Zachary Taylor in The History Channel’s 2006 film The Mexican-American War. Dave also worked in another History Channel production- "Shot From the Sky" (2004)- as the lead character's father-in-law. His first speaking role was in "Creatures of Hollywood" (2002) as the New Century Film Corp. Representative. In 2005 he portrayed Howard's neighbor in the indie thriller "Nick Romero", and in 2006 Dave portrayed Commander Mike McAndrews in "The Hurricane Hunters" and Dr. Richard Hopkins in "This Pain in My Side." He also shot an unaired made-for-TV pilot titled "Murder", in which he played Detective Murray.
