Three years after a widespread radiation leak, Rose is frustrated and determined to convince her controlling boyfriend, Parker, that she is ready to take the gas mask and go outside.
This starts off as quite a claustrophobic-feeling short feature centring around young "Rose" (Vala Noren) who lives with her boyfriend "Parker" (Harrison Osterfield). She hasn't left their home in over three years after a global pandemic forced her to shelter indoors. He has strong reservations as she gets more frustrated, but will she ever get to go outside again? It's impossible to do much character development in eighteen minutes and therein lies the problem here. It's not especially well acted and we don't really get into the dynamic of their relationship, nor quite why this scenario has gone on for such a long time. It is quite attractive to look at, as are the actors, but the story is incomplete and underwhelming and it does have a certain "so what?" about it all...
