This is an hoot. The usual aliens from outer space yarn, intent on invading the Earth by landing in a middle-of-nowhere American town populated by ordinary country folks! Whether or not these visitors actually set out to invade the Earth is not clear - but after one of them gets hit by a car, it's probably fair to assume that they are a bit narked. Anyway, I digress. The canoodling youngsters driving the car report the accident to the police who discover an human corpse at the site of the accident - the pair are charged, but escape and head for an illuminating denouement with our big-brained-beasties in the woods. Sure, the dialogue is terrible and the use of latex and piano wire is hardly innovative, but it is fun. It sets out to entertain us, and maybe despite itself - and the pretty woeful performances from Steven Terrell and a wonderfully hammy Gloria Castillo - it does. If you like the genre, then give it a go - but if not then don't waste your time.
