Zack Connors and Rachel Meadows were born with incredible psychokinetic capabilities. When word of their supernatural talents gets out, they find themselves the prisoners of Michael Slovak, a deranged doctor intent on harvesting their powers.
There are some absolutely phenomenal pieces in The Mind's Eye. The synth score, the premise, the neon, the throwback references and the frequently STUNNING practical effects. Unfortunately it's too unfocused and poorly acted to be fully realised in its entirety.
Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product.
