Five minutes in, and “Spencer” already ruined my trust in everyone named Spencer. The twist—he’s actually two people—is the kind of clever, sinister setup that makes you rewatch your own social life suspiciously. The performances are unnervingly in sync, the pacing tight enough to strangle, and the ending is deliciously bleak.
