Description
A comedic detective story with puppet theater elements. Mr. Chepelenko, a janitor, finds a suspicious suitcase, attracting criminal clans and gangsters. He becomes a target, leading to humorous assassination attempts and shootouts. Detectives Spoon, Smith, and Myers investigate, but suspect a “Rat” among them, adding absurdity and mystery.
